Welcome to BeatOnce, a music platform operated by RB Melody Music Studio.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeatOnce website, including the purchase and use of digital music products, beats, instrumentals, stems and related services.

By accessing BeatOnce, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products from BeatOnce.

1. ABOUT BEATONCE

BeatOnce is a digital music platform operated by RB Melody Music Studio.

BeatOnce offers digital music products, including beats, instrumentals and related audio materials for artists and creators.

Products may be offered through different collections and editions, including:

  • Essential
  • Studio
  • Creator
  • Artist

Each product may also be available in different editions, such as:

  • Standard
  • Flex
  • Pro

The specific files, permissions and usage rights associated with a purchase are determined by the product description and applicable BeatOnce License Agreement.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT USE

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or communicating with BeatOnce.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must not use another person's account without authorization.

If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another individual, artist or business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

BeatOnce reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse or violation of these Terms.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

BeatOnce primarily sells digital music products.

Depending on the product and edition purchased, a digital product may include:

  • MP3 audio
  • WAV audio
  • Grouped stems
  • Individual stems or trackouts
  • Other digital files specifically identified on the product page

The exact contents of each product will be displayed before purchase.

BeatOnce does not ship physical products unless a particular product explicitly states otherwise.

4. BEAT LICENSES

Purchasing a BeatOnce beat does not, by itself, transfer every possible right in the underlying music.

Your permitted use of a beat is determined by the License Agreement applicable to the product and edition you purchased.

Different editions may provide different rights, file formats, stems, usage permissions and commercial rights.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable license before using a beat.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not:

  • Resell the beat as a standalone product
  • Redistribute the original beat
  • Give or transfer the original beat to another person
  • Claim ownership of the underlying beat
  • Upload the standalone beat to music platforms as though it were your original composition
  • Use the beat outside the rights granted by its license
  • Transfer your license to another person without permission

Additional restrictions may apply under the applicable License Agreement.

5. EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS

Some BeatOnce products may be sold under an exclusive licensing structure.

Where a product or edition is expressly identified as exclusive, BeatOnce may retire that particular beat or edition after the applicable sale.

The meaning and scope of exclusivity will be determined by the applicable License Agreement.

An exclusive purchase does not automatically transfer ownership of BeatOnce's underlying intellectual property unless the applicable written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on BeatOnce are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

You agree to pay the price displayed for the product and selected edition at the time of purchase.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.

An order is considered successfully placed when BeatOnce receives confirmation of the applicable payment.

BeatOnce may cancel or decline an order where there is a genuine technical error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment failure or other legitimate reason, subject to applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled by BeatOnce after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the BeatOnce Refund Policy.

7. PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

BeatOnce makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability and product specifications displayed on the website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

If BeatOnce discovers a material pricing or product-description error affecting an order, BeatOnce may contact the customer to clarify the issue or, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

8. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Depending on the product and delivery system, BeatOnce may provide purchased files through:

  • Download links
  • Email delivery
  • Customer account access
  • Another digital delivery method displayed at checkout

Digital delivery may be delayed where:

  • Payment has not been successfully completed
  • An order requires verification
  • Technical problems affect the delivery system
  • The customer's email or account information is incorrect
  • Circumstances outside BeatOnce's reasonable control affect delivery

BeatOnce will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery issues.

9. DOWNLOADS AND PURCHASED FILES

Purchased digital files are provided for the purchaser's permitted use under the applicable license.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping purchased files secure.

You must not intentionally share private download links or account credentials with unauthorized persons.

BeatOnce may restrict or deactivate download access where there is evidence of:

  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Fraud
  • Payment abuse
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Account abuse
  • Copyright or licensing violations
  • Violation of these Terms

Such action does not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BeatOnce name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, written content and other website materials are owned by or licensed to BeatOnce or RB Melody Music Studio unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit BeatOnce branding or website content without permission.

Purchasing a beat does not give you ownership of BeatOnce's trademarks, website design or other BeatOnce intellectual property.

Rights relating to a particular beat are governed by its applicable License Agreement.

11. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND SAMPLES

Some music products may contain or make use of third-party materials, samples, sounds or other licensed content where applicable.

Where a product contains material subject to third-party rights or restrictions, those restrictions may apply to your use of the product.

BeatOnce will not knowingly represent third-party material as BeatOnce-owned intellectual property where it does not have the relevant rights to do so.

Specific sample or third-party content restrictions may be provided where applicable.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use BeatOnce for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Interfere with website security or functionality
  • Manipulate orders or payment systems
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment information
  • Fraudulently obtain digital products
  • Redistribute BeatOnce files in violation of their license
  • Circumvent BeatOnce's purchasing or licensing systems
  • Reverse engineer protected website functionality
  • Misrepresent your relationship with BeatOnce
  • Use BeatOnce branding without authorization

BeatOnce may take appropriate action against accounts or transactions involved in prohibited activity.

13. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the BeatOnce Refund Policy.

Because BeatOnce primarily sells digital products, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase and whether the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

14. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

BeatOnce aims to maintain a reliable website and purchasing experience.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Website maintenance
  • Hosting problems
  • Technical failures
  • Payment-provider outages
  • Internet or network problems
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Events beyond BeatOnce's reasonable control

BeatOnce does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable:

  • License Agreement
  • Refund Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase

form the principal terms governing your use of BeatOnce and purchase of its products, subject to applicable law.

Where there is a conflict concerning the specific licensing rights of a purchased beat, the applicable BeatOnce License Agreement will govern that licensing issue.
